Practical rules
Can guests use the machine?
Yes, when the selected model and setup are suitable. Use a stable table, clear instructions and keep food and drinks away.
Can it be used outdoors?
Only in a dry, covered and supervised position. Rain, coastal humidity, sand, heat and direct sun can damage the mechanism and finish.
Is delivery included?
No. Delivery and return are quoted according to location, quantity, timing and machine value.
Can I request a specific model?
Yes. Confirmation depends on availability, condition, value, intended use and logistics.
What about VAT and invoices?
EU invoicing is available. VAT treatment depends on the client, location and nature of the service and will be shown clearly on the quotation and invoice.
