ABOUT:

The Patria, unlike the other Spanish typewriters, was not invented in Spain, but was a licensed copy of the Swiss Patria, invented by Otto Haas. In 1954, Imperial Española patented a design using a one-piece aluminum frame and modified type levers. Around 1962, the typewriter was relabeled Amaya.

Rare red makes it a very special typewriter! We couldn't find any register of a red Patria, but after inspection, we are sure that the paint is original, so probably it was a limited edition custom made for a client.
