Schrijfmachinegarantie
Wij willen dat u nog lang plezier beleeft aan uw schrijfmachine nadat deze onze werkplaats heeft verlaten. Hier leest u hoe u uw dekking activeert, wat er precies onder valt en hoe u ons kunt bereiken als er iets aandacht nodig heeft.

Uw garantie
De garantieperiode die op uw machine van toepassing is, wordt vóór aankoop duidelijk vermeld. Indien er geen kortere garantietermijn wordt vermeld, geldt onze standaard commerciële garantie van één jaar.
Standaarddekking
Uw schrijfmachine wordt geleverd met een commerciële garantie van één jaar vanaf de levering, tenzij er in de productbeschrijving of op de productfoto's vóór aankoop duidelijk een beperkte garantie van 90 dagen wordt vermeld.
Als er geen kortere garantie wordt vermeld, geldt één jaar.
Alleen indien duidelijk vermeld
Sommige zeldzame of kwetsbare schrijfmachines van vóór de oorlog vereisen een voorzichtiger gebruik en reserveonderdelen kunnen lastig te vinden zijn. Wanneer wij een “beperkte garantie van 3 maanden” vermelden, geldt de dekking 90 dagen vanaf levering.
Deze machines zijn bedoeld voor incidentele brieven, notities en licht typwerk, waarbij onze richtlijnen worden gevolgd. Ze zijn niet bedoeld voor intensief dagelijks gebruik.
Neem contact met ons op als zich tijdens de garantieperiode een probleem voordoet terwijl de machine wordt gebruikt zoals aanbevolen. Wij zullen het probleem beoordelen en u helpen met de volgende stap.
Uw eerste week samen
Gebruik onderstaand formulier binnen zeven dagen na levering om te bevestigen dat uw schrijfmachine in goede staat is aangekomen. Hiermee activeert u de wereldwijde commerciële dekking die van toepassing is op uw machine.
Is er iets niet in orde? Activeer de garantie dan niet als "correct werkend". Gebruik in plaats daarvan het formulier "Meld een probleem", zodat wij u kunnen helpen.
Pak de machine voorzichtig uit en controleer de conditie en de werking. Bewaar de verpakking terwijl u alles controleert.
Gebruik hetzelfde ordernummer als in uw aankoopbevestiging. Via uw e-mailadres kan onze werkplaats uw activatie identificeren en beantwoorden.
Vink de bevestiging alleen aan als u de schrijfmachine na levering hebt gecontroleerd en deze correct werkt.
Velden gemarkeerd met * zijn verplicht.
Wat uw dekking omvat
Onze commerciële garantie dekt defecten in materiaal of fabricage tijdens de geldende garantieperiode, mits de machine volgens onze instructies is gebruikt. Reparatie van gedekte defecten is gratis. Vintage-karakter en normale dagelijkse slijtage zijn anders dan een mechanisch defect.
Twijfelt u of een probleem gedekt is? Stuur ons de details. Wij kunnen de machine beoordelen en uitleggen wat de volgende stap is. Voor transportschade geldt de meldingsprocedure hieronder.
Praat met de werkplaats
Of uw machine nu een garantie van één jaar of een beperkte garantie van 90 dagen heeft, neem contact met ons op zodra u een probleem opmerkt tijdens de garantieperiode. U hoeft niet te wachten tot u de technische term ervoor kent.
Stop het gebruik als er een mechanisch probleem is. Het forceren van een onderdeel of doorgaan met typen kan verdere schade veroorzaken.
Vermeld uw ordernummer en leg uit wat er gebeurt. Foto's of een korte video kunnen ons helpen als we het probleem op afstand moeten beoordelen.
We kunnen u op afstand begeleiden of een geautoriseerde inspectie of reparatie regelen. Wacht op onze instructies voordat u de machine verstuurt of werkzaamheden elders goedkeurt.
Gebruik dit formulier als de schrijfmachine een mechanisch probleem heeft of iets niet werkt zoals verwacht.
Als de reis niet vriendelijk was
Laat het ons direct weten. Onze zendingen zijn verzekerd voor hun aangegeven waarde tegen verlies of grote transportschade, en wij helpen u bij het indienen van de claim.
E-mail ons indien mogelijk binnen 24–72 uur en meld elk transportgerelateerd defect binnen zeven dagen na levering.
Wij coördineren het passende reparatie-, vervangings- of compensatieproces met de koerier of verzekeraar. Uw rechten onder het toepasselijke consumentenrecht blijven onverminderd van kracht.
Enkele nuttige antwoorden
Van cadeaus tot een extra jaar dekking: hier zijn de vragen die vaak voorbijkomen.
U kunt nog steeds contact met ons opnemen voor online technische ondersteuning. Stuur uw ordergegevens en wij leggen uit welke ondersteuning er voor uw machine beschikbaar is.
Uw rechten onder het toepasselijke consumentenrecht worden niet beïnvloed door het missen van de activatiestap.
De commerciële garantie is voor de koper of een met ons afgesproken volwassen ontvanger. Als de schrijfmachine een cadeau is, regel de overdracht dan met ons vóór aankoop. Andere eigendomsoverdrachten vallen buiten deze commerciële dekking.
Neem eerst contact met ons op. Wij bevestigen of een retourzending nodig is, waar deze naartoe moet, hoe u deze moet verpakken en de verzendregelingen voordat er iets wordt verzonden.
Regel alstublieft geen ongeautoriseerde reparatie.
Neem vóór aankoop contact met ons op om te kijken welke verlengde dekking beschikbaar is voor uw machine, wat de kosten zijn en wat de voorwaarden zijn.
Waar aangeboden, start onze verlenging van één jaar direct nadat de oorspronkelijke garantie eindigt en dekt onderdelen en arbeid voor defecten in materiaal of fabricage.
Als er zich binnen de 90 dagen een probleem voordoet terwijl u de machine naar behoren hebt gebruikt voor het aanbevolen incidentele lichte typwerk, gebruik dan het bovenstaande formulier "Meld een probleem".
Wij zullen beoordelen wat er is gebeurd en helpen met de volgende stap. Stop met het gebruik van de machine bij een mechanisch probleem en overleg met ons voordat u een reparatie probeert of een andere werkplaats laat ingrijpen.
Neem contact met ons op met het model en een beschrijving van het probleem. We kunnen de technische ondersteuning of reparatiemogelijkheden bespreken en eventuele kosten bevestigen voordat u besluit door te gaan.
Deze commerciële garantie is een aanvulling op uw rechten onder het toepasselijke consumentenrecht. Het beperkt op geen enkele wijze uw recht op rechtsmiddelen voor defecte of niet-conforme goederen.
Deze rechten worden niet beïnvloed door activatievereisten of de voorwaarden van deze commerciële garantie.

El Granero provided me with an exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and authentic communication. I purchased the Olympia typewriter from a friend and noticed the "a" key was not working properly. When I attempted to make the adjustment myself, the arm broke off, which began my journey of research to find a professional restoration service. Coming across El Granero, I noticed they had a 50 euro option to repair the typewriter (with shipment to-and-from their location in Spain). The process was not as difficult as I had anticipated, and the owners provided updates, videos, and demos of the fixes they made to my typewriter. In 2021 I had bought a beautiful Olympia Traveler de Luxe...it looked like new. Between moving from one country to another and place to place I was finally able to bring it with me. I lost the manual and was stuck. I was scared so I contacted them quickly via Instagram. Not even 2 minutes passed and I was resolving the mess I had. They sent me the manual and wow it was working again. They even sent me photos with drawings so I could understand since I am new to this world of clippers. Super happy, and now let's write!

El Granero does a fine job. I once had two rare typewriters of the same make and model. Both had problems. However, they were able to fashion one working and complete Groma Kolibri typewriter to me. I was on holiday in southern Spain shortly after the work was complete. he went out of his way to deliver the machine to our hotel. superb service everytime I have worked with El Granero typewriter.company.
